Our Story

Eos Bespoke Furniture was established in 2025 in the heart of rural Cheshire by husband and wife duo Matt and Alex, born from a passion for craftsmanship and a journey of personal transformation.

Matt, spent 15 years as a Royal Navy pilot before a life-changing injury in 2022 led to his medical discharge. Woodworking had always been a cherished skill, but it became a vital part of his healing process as he adjusted to his new life. He used his resettlement to undertake courses with some of the best makers in the country and learnt woodturning, fine hand tool joinery, veneering & marquetry.

Inspired by the Greek goddess 'Eos', who symbolises the dawn of new beginnings, Matt created Eos Bespoke Furniture as a way to merge his love for traditional craftsmanship with a new chapter ahead.

Every piece of furniture we create is made in our beautiful workshop in rural Cheshire and is infused with the resilience and dedication that defines our story. We are proud to craft timeless, high-quality works of art that reflect the beauty of new beginnings.
