Welcome to Eos Bespoke Furniture. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
Eos Bespoke Furniture (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs and crafts bespoke and ready-to-ship furniture for customers across the UK mainland. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made directly through our website, by email, or by any other means of communication with us.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply.
2. Products & Descriptions
We take care to ensure that all product information, dimensions, materials, and finishes are accurately described. However, as each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations in colour, grain, or texture may occur.
These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of bespoke furniture and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT and standard UK mainland delivery.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept payment via the methods displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Once an order is confirmed, it enters our production schedule. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be changed or cancelled after 48 hours.
4. Lead Times & Delivery
Our standard lead time for made-to-order pieces is approximately 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
Once complete, your furniture will be dispatched via FedEx for delivery to UK mainland addresses only.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or personal preference once production has begun.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations for made-to-order pieces can only be accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, your piece will have entered production, and we are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, text, and other content displayed on the Eos Bespoke Furniture website are the intellectual property of Eos Bespoke Furniture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, except where required by UK consumer law.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
