Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

At Eos Bespoke Furniture, each piece is crafted to order with care and precision. Our standard lead time is approximately 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation to delivery.
If your order qualifies for an early delivery, or if the item is one of our ready-to-ship designs, we will confirm this with you directly at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other offshore destinations at this time.

3. Delivery Partner

All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner, FedEx, ensuring reliable and professional service from our workshop to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the listed price of all our furniture.
There are no additional delivery charges for standard deliveries within the UK mainland.

5. Delivery Schedule

Once your furniture has been completed and quality-checked, it will be dispatched via FedEx.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location within the UK mainland.
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

6. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery on the scheduled date. Before signing for your item, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please notify the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at EosBespoke@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
